ok. the git repo on alioth is now up to date with release 11.14.2
(which is the latest tag i could find).
the repo is now (more or less?) gbp compliant. (i used gbp import-orig to
create an upstream branch). please complain, if it does not fit your
needs, and also explain why.
things just don't build. i am not exactly used to debugging cmake, leave
this to me, and it will take a while :D
