I noticed that memtailor isn't migrating to testing because of the 
failed mipsel build, so I went ahead and added dpkg-dev (>= 1.18.0) to 
Build-Depends and pushed a new version to git.  Would anyone be able to 
sponsor?

I'm also still looking for a sponsor for mathic.  Both are on the SoB page.
