Hi Steffen,
I built healpix-cxx_3.11.2-5 with pbuilder in a mips box emulated with qemu. Signed binary packages are here:
http://www.its.caltech.edu/~lsinger/healpix-cxx_3.11.2-5_mips/
(I tried uploading to mentors.debian.net, but it silently discarded the binary packages and kept only the source package.)
