give-back healpix-cxx on mips (and restrict to ball)

Hi,

healpix-cxx_3.11.2-4 built successfully for mips on ball, but healpix-cxx_3.11.2-5 timed out during unit tests on lucatelli:

I was able to build healpix-cxx_3.11.2-5 myself from the source package under mips emulation with qemu on my Intel Core i7 machine, using aurel32's qemu images:

Could we restrict it to ball and give it back, please?
