uydt<julien.puydt@laposte.net>:So how should I proceed? Do I take the upstream sources, untar, rm -r .hg, retar and use that for git-import-orig? If so, I guess I should document that somewhere!I think yes. But you should also add "dfsg" into the version number,
I'll turn whatever_3.14.orig.tar.bz2 into whatever_3.14+dfsg.orig.tar.bz2. I intend to: (1) put the debian directories aside, (2) nuke the repositories, (3) recreate empty ones, (4) git-import-orig the dfsg sources (5) put back the debian directories. We loose history, but there's not much in it. Is that ok? Snark on #debian-science
