Great!!! So this is good new. I already files like this:
libcctbx.so -> libcctbx.so.0.0.0
libcctbx.so.0 -> libcctbx.so.0.0.0
libcctbx.so.0.0.0
So I won't take care of that *.la files clean things up write a patch and then
we can start talking with the upstream.
