Yes, sure: I try to be as nice as possible.
But I wrote to them so many times, that I do not hesitate to consider
my persuasion effort as "pestering"...

I agree with these suggestions.

Ben, I know your competence and passion. I am sure that you yourself
are an ideal candidate for this persuasion struggle.
Please contact Open CASCADE S.A.S. and add your voice to the
ones that are already pushing in the direction of the LGPL v2.1
re-licensing!
