Ahh, OK. So a "Publication-DOI" field makes perfectly sense.
Could you please send me a layout snippet how this should be
rendered on the tasks pages? Publication-URL will be used as

  <a href="Publication-URL">Publication-Title</a>

Should we just use Publication-DOI to put a link on the title
and only override this if an explicit Publication-URL is given?
Or should a different field (Publication-In ??) be used to link
to DOI. Or should we use

  <a href="Publication-DOI">Please cite</a>: ...

Or should we append

  ... (<a href="Publication-DOI">DOI</a>) ?

What rendering would you prefer?

Feel free to add plain

  Publication-DOI

fields (without 'X-') in the tasks files which has the effect of
warning about unknown fields in the logs so I will not forget this
definitely useful feature.

Kind regards

     Andreas.
