At some point, we will have to find
criteria for software being included in the "prospective packages"
lists, othwerwise it will start to syphon some time.
The current criterion is: Interesting enough for somebody who takes
his time to add the package to the list. It might be that over time
such entries might become uninteresting and we should make a clean up
from time to time.
