То есть, если я правильно понимаю, в 24-м надо назад включить PRIMARY,
но и не выключать CLIPBOARD, т. е.:
(setq x-select-enable-clipboard t)
(setq x-select-enable-primary t)
И должно тогда одновременно попадать в оба буфера.
