RFS: ruby-spdx-licenses, metadata-json-lint and ruby-pathspec

Hello,

I've finally found some time and energy combined and was able to push 
forward a bit in my project of getting puppet-development-kit in debian.

I think I'm done with three more of the dependencies:

 * metadata-json-lint
 * ruby-spdx-licenses
 * ruby-pathspec

Could someone please sponsor them?
