One thing to notice is whether the build fails because a C extension
(e.g. ffi, sqlite3, mysql, pg, etc) is not yet available for ruby2.7, or
if it's an actual failure.

Rebuilds to get ruby2.7 support in the C extensions should happen Soon™.
