I'd like to upload tree-sitter 0.25.x to unstable. This is needed to
also upload neovim 0.11.x to unstable.

It's a small transition - only neovim and emacs are affected.

Ben file:

title = "tree-sitter";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libtree-sitter0.22" | .depends ~ "libtree-sitter0.25";
is_good = .depends ~ "libtree-sitter0.25";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libtree-sitter0.22";
