libsecp256k1 is ready for a library transition. The only depending package
is python-electrum-ecc. We have already successfully tested building it
against the new version of libsecp256k1.

Ben file:

title = "libsecp256k1";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libsecp256k1-2" | .depends ~ "libsecp256k1-5";
is_good = .depends ~ "libsecp256k1-5";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libsecp256k1-2";
