Bug#1109759: Request for trixie-can-defer for openjdk-25

Dear Release Team:

I believe this bug is RC by definition and should be serious.

I request that its serious severity is restored and
the usertag trixie-can-defer is applied instead.

Rationale: There is a paragraph in Release Notes about RC bugs that
we could not fix in time for the release:

Such paragraph has a pointer to this usertag:

and that's where I would expect #1106303 to be if we really intend to fix it in 13.1.
