Please unblock package debian-science

[ Reason ]
Blends metapackages need to be refreshed at end of freeze to
reflect the status of the package pool after removal of RC
buggy packages. That's why the debian-science metapackages
need to be refreshed.

[ Impact ]
Some removed packages would be recommended in science
metapackages.

[ Tests ]
There are not tests for those metapackages.

[ Risks ]
I do not see any risks that could occure by the package
upgrade.

[ Checklist ]
[x] all changes are documented in the d/changelog
[ ] I reviewed all changes and I approve them
I did NOT reviewed the changes actually since I
trust the Blends framework to do a proper job
      upgrading the packages.
[x] attach debdiff against the package in testing

[ Other info ]
Usually the Blends update is done in the last days of
every freeze period. The package 1.14.2 is a bit older
now - it seems I forgot to file an unblock request (or
my submission failed for whatever reason.)

unblock debian-science/1.14.2
