Hi RMs,

Multilevel transition needed for a while including for the grpc
package. Rebuilt reverse dependencies on amd64 and got the following
results.
Level1 is OK

Level2 is mostly OK, exceptions:
astroidmail, Sid version FTBFS but experimental version builds correctly
mixxx (sid only), unrelated and filed as #947568
ola (sid only), unrelated and filed as #925793

Level3 is mostly OK, one package FTBFS:
ignition-transport which is version 4.0.0 in Debian, was upload in
February, 2018 and popcon is low (158). The build failure was noted in
#944925 last November (five months ago) without any reaction. For the
record, upstream is at 8.0.0 version - ie maintenance of this package
is neglected for long.

Level4
gazebo FTBFS and it's sid only, popcon is low (154). Packaging is
neglected I say, Debian has version 9.12.0 while upstream is at 11.0.0
version. Its architecture field is set incorrectly, it's 'any' but
builds on i386 and amd64 only.

Thanks,
Laszlo/GCS

python3-defaults has just migrated, and with that the rest of protobuf's rdeps.
So this can be closed now.
