hppa was slow to build petsc 3.7.5. So slepc on hppa was built against
petsc 3.7.4 which is now removed. The conflict means dolfin can't
build on hppa. Rebuilding slepc on hppa will fix it.

nmu slepc_3.7.3+dfsg1-4 . hppa . unstable . -m "Rebuild against PETSc 3.7.5"

If you're able to, could you also give back petsc on alpha? alpha
builds of petsc have been intermittently failing, but they ought to
succeed.

gb petsc_3.7.5+dfsg1-3 . alpha

Thanks,
Drew
