The 0.1.15.1-2 package doesn't have that patch, so how can it have been
removed / renamed?  That looks like you're diffing against an "original"
package with your earlier misnamed patch applied?

What happened to the IPv6 patch?  (Also, the patch name mentioned in the
changelog isn't the same as the patch actually applied.)
