http://xcache.lighttpd.net/changeset/917 which is needed for them to
apply. It would be definitely possibly to work around that, but that
would mean even bigger diversion from upstream code.

The latter's annoyingly large, but doesn't seem crazy. It would have been handy if you'd mentioned it in the changelog however, especially as you'd already
itemised the other four patches.

All that summed up these are ~1k lines.

Anyway if you prefer picking up patches, I've just uploaded xcache
2.0.0-2, which does that, diff is here:
