Does that mean qiime should removed from testing on kfreebsd-* then?
(I'm Cc'ing Andreas Tille on this mail.)

The only alternatives I see would be to:

a) port libjogl-java to kfreebsd-* (assuming it can even be built with
gcj), or
b) get openjdk-7 built on kfreebsd-* (it might be ready soon, but can't
promise it before freeze).
