In an attempt to fix #607921, I had disabled in 1.9.0-7 support for python2.6 ; but this was not needed, it was not the real cause; so I re-enabled python2.6 in 1.9.0-9 (I though added an upstream patch, since python2.6 does not allow string exceptions) I attach debdiffs 1.9.0-7 -> 1.9.0-9 For long time, the version of freevo in testing was 1.9.0-5 : I also attach debdiffs 1.9.0-5 -> 1.9.0-9 A previous email had already explained some of the changes; please ask if anything is unclear.
