util-linux/2.17.2-5 fixes long standing release critical issues and
makes it more usable again (in a few cases). That's why I unblocked it.

I agree that it's quite unfortunate to have this new non-translated
template this late in the freeze. I think that testing users need to
have this update, even with some translated strings missing. I'm sure
that your objection is to release with util-linux as is, rather than it
entering testing in this state.

I'll keep my unblock hint to let enter testing [1], but a translation upload
will be accepted. We can consider it as our first translation blocker
for Squeeze :)

[1] Actually, I just noticed that it has migrated while I was writing
this mail :)
