Permission to upload ttf-lao to add a udeb for Debian Installer

In order to be able to activate support for the Lao language in
D-I, we need to have a udeb of the needed font.

That udeb has to be provided by the ttf-lao package.

Would that be OK for the release team?

Proposed patch attached.
