Freeze exception for pyxplot

Hi team,

I would like to request a freeze exception for the "pyxplot" package. The
version in sid fixes #591538 (FTBFS on all big-endian architectures) as well
as incorporating many documentation improvements. pyxplot is a leaf package,
priority optional, no rdeps other than the "science-viewing" metapackage from
the Debian Science team.

The version of pyxplot for which freeze exception is requested is a new
upstream version -- this version was ready to upload prior to the freeze and
would probably already be in squeeze had I not requested upstream to also
work with me to solve the FTBFS prior to making their release. Since I need
to find sponsors for uploads, I wanted to get this fixed in one upload rather
than uploading 0.8.2 and then trying to fix the endianness problem later.
Unfortunately, that currently leaves squeeze without the version that was
ready and tested on svn snapshots and pyxplot was only uploaded after the
freeze was declared (once a sponsor could be found; many thanks to Mike
O'Connor).

Upstream has been working with me to make an excellent pyxplot version for
squeeze and they have been mindful of the previously published timetables for
the squeeze freeze and have been actively stabilising their code base with a
view to making a version of pyxplot that was in a state to be supported for
the lifetime of a Debian stable release. It was their (and my intention)
that 0.8.2 be the version that would be released with squeeze as it fixes a
number of other upstream bugs as well as #591538.

There are also a couple of new features in 0.8.2 and a lot of documentation
improvements. Excluding the documentation changes, we have:

$ diff --exclude doc -r 0.8.1-2/ 0.8.2-1/ | diffstat | tail -1
 100 files changed, 3179 insertions(+), 1236 deletions(-)

I delayed making this request until the buildd logs could show me that #591538
was truly fixed on all archs not just the ones I could test it on myself. Now
that the autobuilding has completed, could you please unblock pyxplot for me?

many thanks!
Stuart
