it is not yet actually merged, but the guy responsible for the merging
has promised to do it shortly after kde4.5.0 is out on tuesday.

Add two new packages, bluedevil and libbluedevil, which I and other of
the debian KDE people have been testing heavily over the last
weeks.

It is a straight off port to perlqt4 of the perlqt3 code shipped in
lenny. It has been waiting for a couple of weeks for the debconf people
to actually do the upload.
