I'll leave the other E:'s - (build-)depends-on-obsolete-package) in because
I don't like changing them in a freeze, and it's cupsys -> cups, which has
transitional packages anyway and the cupsys versions is in etch so leaving them
in helps an eventual update of the etch backport
(The OOo3 packages change that).
