Hi,

Please unblock mailman/2:2.1.11-9.

-8 fixes a release critical bug (#468569) and a release goal bug (#508800)
and has been in unstable since 10 days with no new problems reported. -9
contains translation updates exclusively.

BTW, builds are missing for alpha and sparc, even though both have
completed building 3 days ago.
