Please note that compliance with requirements new to Policy 3.8.0 is not
required and not a priority for lenny.  Policy 3.8.0 was released far too
late in the release cycle for that.

I have no opinion on the rest of your request, but wanted to make sure
that was clear and that you weren't too concerned with trying to comply
with this for lenny.
