Good to have dpatch 2.0.30 in lenny because of README.source

Hi

Policy 3.8.0 requires packages that use any patch systems to provide 
README.source file.

In case of packages using dpatch, good way to provide that information is 
to reference /usr/share/doc/dpatch/README.source.gz file provided by 
dpatch package.

Unfortunately, that file is provided only starting from dpatch 2.0.30, 
while lenny currently has 2.0.29

Any chances to allow  2.0.30 in lenny, to make reference 
to /usr/share/doc/dpatch/README.source.gz resolvable without installing 
packages from unstable?
