Freeze exception for moin 1.7.1-2

Hello,

Moinmoin upstream have released a new minor revision, 95% of which
brings bug fixes and translations. It has been uploaded to
unstable(1.7.2), but the whole patch is really large, so it will need
testing.


I've cherry-picked two patchset and I'm planning to upload to t-p-u the
version 1.7.1-2 with :

* Patchset 1 : Fix leaking open edit-log files

  03794_fix_leaking_open_edit-log_files.patch
  03809_fix_duplicate_request-finish_call.patch
  03815_fix_xapian_introduced_in_03794.patch


* Patchset 2 : Fix TableOfContent not updated on page-preview
  03807_fix_previewed_TOC.patch

* I have also updated the README.Debian file.

The patch are the ones from upstream[1].
Our git repository is [2] (package is at [3]).

Would such update be ok for you ?
