    The only implication is that user wouldn't be able to *search* in the
search box in dhelp (i.e. any search would yield no results/obsolete results).

    They would appear in the "documentation directory" and they would be
perfectly viewable. It's just that, when searching for keywords, the would not
be any results, or they would be obsolete.
