Request for freeze exception for nvi 1.81.6-4

Hi,

nvi needs a freeze exception to let the fix for #496462 (RC, security) migrate
into testing (summary: insecure creation of directory in /var/tmp, vulnerable
to symlink attack). The interdiff between -3 and -4 contains only changes to
the postinst. Current version is 1.81.6-3 in both testing and unstable.
