We have managed to fix the sparc FTBFS bug, could I request an unfreeze request for libcommoncpp2.

libcommoncpp2 (1.6.2-2) unstable; urgency=high

  * Upload to fix FTBFS on sparc thus, urgency=high
  * add dpatch to add missing include on src/mempager.cpp (Closes: #477505)

  * lintian cleanup:
    - dpatch-missing-description: no-include-bits_atomicity.h.dpatch
