As the situation looked like no improvement was to be expected from the
next few days, I forced everything in:
Trying force-hint from he: suitesparse/3.1.0-3 lp-solve/5.5.0.10-10 pysparse/1.0.1-5 python-scipy/0.6.0-10 python-numpy/1:1.0.4-7 octave3.0/1:3.0.0-10 lam/7.1.2-1.4 hdf5/1.6.6-4 octave2.1/1:2.1.73-18 petsc/2.3.3-11 geos/3.0.0-3.1 grass/6.2.3-2.1 gdal/1.5.1-2 xerces-c2/2.8.0-1 meep/0.10-2.1 mpb/1.4.2-11.1 blacs-mpi/1.1-28 mpich/1.2.7-7.1 fftw/2.1.3-20.1 stlport4.6/4.6.2-3.2 openoffice.org/1:2.4.0-3

arm, hppa, mips and mipsel got quite broken by this, but should fix
themselves over the next few days, when missing binaries are getting
in. Please use the time now to fix all remaining FTBFSes [1] to get
everything in sync again.
