Please binNMU smilutils on all arches

I'd like to request a general binNMU for smilutils, as it depends on
libglib1.2, which has been made obsolete by libglib1.2ldbl.  From whan
I can gather, you need something like the following (please correct me
if I'm wrong, so I won't be wrong next time):

smilutils_0.3.0-11, Rebuild for libglib1.2ldbl transition, 1, arm sparc
smilutils_0.3.0-11, Rebuild for libglib1.2ldbl transition, 2, hppa ia64 m68k mips mipsel s390
smilutils_0.3.0-11, Rebuild for libglib1.2ldbl transition, 3, alpha amd64 i386 powerpc
