Allow newer rggobi into etch?

Hi all,

I was recently looking at the r-omegahat-ggobi package on etch (source
rggobi), and the package is critically broken in that it contains
nothing at all except for the changelog and copyright.

This was noted late last year and fixed in sid (#400835).  However, the
fix has not progressed into etch because of the freeze (and perhaps
because the bug was filed with 'normal' severity, even though it's of an
RC nature).

Would it be possible to let one of the fixed rggobi versions into etch?
The maintainer is Dirk Eddelbuettel (CCed), who is CCed here.
