Seeing bug #354571, I agree.  I've hinted gngeogui out of testing, which
will free up gngeo to be removed automatically by britney.  gngeogui will
still be in unstable, pending a separate removal request to ftp.debian.org
or a fix for the gngeo licensing problems by the maintainer.
