Please accept debiandoc-sgml 1.1.88 in Sarge

Hi,

there was already a request by Ardo
(http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2005/05/msg01765.html) to take
the new version of debiandoc-sgml into Sarge.

Since the package was not uploaded at this time it seems it is not yet
approved.

debiandoc-sgml (1.1.88) unstable; urgency=high

  * Locale: added Romanian locale (closes: Bug#310885)

  * Added notes about required packages to README [jens]
