request to take new version of debiandoc-sgml

Hi,

The DebianDoc-SGML team got a request to support the Romanian locale, since
Dan Damian <dand@codemonkey.ro> is translating the release notes into Romanian.

Dan provided a patch to support the Romanian locale and Jens Seidel has
updated the CVS repository and tested the new version.  Jens also updated
the README file.

Below is the changelog:

debiandoc-sgml (1.1.88) unstable; urgency=low

  * Locale: added Romanian locale (closes: Bug#310885)
    (thanks to Dan Damian <dand@codemonkey.ro>) [jens]
  * Added notes about required packages to README [jens]

I would like to request that this new version is accepted in sarge.  Version
1.1.87 is currently in sarge and sid.

Note that I have NOT uploaded this package yet.  Please advise.
