Mono will not enter sarge [was Re: Mono testing migration]

this is by design and was explained long time ago in the removal bug
reports (like #283381 shows).

trivial? mono is non-trivial neither debian's removal handling is...

we gave 2 times an explanation why we want to do this and jvw provided a
summary and added the confirmed tag, means: everything _is_ clear.

Anyhow I write this email mostly because the plan is changing, Mono will _not_ enter sarge.
