"important" is not an RC severity.  I've approved this update, but there's
nothing here to suggest this is an RC bug in libpixman AFAICT.

On the contrary, oregano is currently *not* in sarge (though I assume the
maintainers are going to try to get their subsequent RC bug fixed so it can
be let back in), whereas libgpewidget1 is.  If you want libcairo removed
from sarge, please talk to the libgpewidget maintainer about dropping his
dependency on libcairo or agreeing to have gpewidget removed from sarge.
