In particular, this topic:

These fixes are already uploaded to unstable as the version 0.2-rc3-1, but
unstable version contains fixes that you considered not applicable to be in 
sarge. Also it contains some improvements that slightly changes internal API.

The only way to upload _these_fixes_only_ to unstable is to downgrade unstable 
version.

So I consider that upload was made according to freeze rules. If you wish me 
to downgrade unstable version, please let me know.
