Re-adding tulip to sarge ?

tulip is in this case - I would have asked earlier for its re-addition,
should I have thought it had any chance to be accepted.  I'd be grateful
if it was possible.

For some reason it seems the latest version had no m68k build attempted,
but I'm pretty sure no m68k user in his right mind would attempt to use
such a beast on an m68k box anyway ;)
