Please approve libflash to enter in Sarge

Hi ,

Please approve source package libflash version 0.4.11-5 in sarge.
because 0.4.11-3 has had a releasecritical bug, which was fixed
 in 0.4.11-4 ( #282062, #283408, #290801, #295133 ).
