anon-proxy: another serious policy violation fixed

hey there,
i just fixed another release critical bug in the package anon-proxy
whose manpage was licensed under the terms of the GFDL before.
According to the bugreport #307820 this is a serious policy violation.

the bug fixed in version 00.02.39-7 of anon-proxy is:

Bug #307820 anon-proxy: anon-proxy: [manual] GFDL license is unsuitable
for manual pages (use GPL)
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=307820

I just uploaded the package to unstable.

How exactly does the move to sarge work? Is it moved to sarge
automatically if you approve of this or do I have to upload it to
testing-proposed-updates instead?

thanks for your help and your great work,

David Spreen
