Hi,

        This package version does two things: 
 a) Add (tested) support for XEmacs back to the stand alone VM package,
    and
 b) Fix oversights in the postinst purge target that left installation
    logs and byte-compile directories lying around on purge. 

        The latter is more important than the first, though even the
 first would be nice to have in Sarge.
