Classification of some arm builds that are 'Building'

Dear arm buildd-administrator,

Based on [1], I went by a few builds on arm that are in state
'Building' for a longer time, and didn't yet move to another state. I
process them on the order of [1], since that is a release-oriented order
of missing-builds-that-hurt-sarge-propagation-most-first.

All this is IMHO, I'm not as experienced as you in buildd log
classification. Bugs 271644-271651 have been filed for those packages
that are as far as I could see due to the package itself.

octave2.0: linker failure, should be Failed, #271648 filed
mico: uninstallable build-depends due to qt-mess, should be Dep-Wait
gmfsk: configure failure, should be Failed, #271651 filed
libdbd-sqlite-perl: testsuite failure, should be Failed, #271649 filed
libgnome2-perl: Uninstallable build-depends, gnome fuckage, should be Dep-Wait
crossfire-client: Build was succesful, but apparantly lost, should be Needs-Build
unison: Build-Depends uninstallable, should be Dep-Wait
crimson: Build was succesful, but apparantly lost, should be Needs-Build
timidity: Uninstallable build-depends, qt mess, should be Dep-Wait
ant-phone: Despite 'Building' since Sep 02 19:00:04, no buildd log yet.
  Probably lost somewhere, should be Needs-Build
gnobog: build-dependencies failed to install, chroot possibly messed up,
  should be retried: Needs-Build
zinf: ICE, should be Failed, #271645 filed
gnome-cups-manager: Uninstallable build-depends, should be fixed now,
  should be Dep-Wait or Needs-Build (which should be equivalent here)
sear: Unsatisfyable build-depends, should be Dep-Wait libmercator-0.2-dev >= 0.2.1
gnuradio: Unsatisfyable build-depends, qt-mess, should be Dep-Wait
quiteinsanegimpplugin: Unsatisfyable build-depends, qt-mess, should be Dep-Wait
kvirc: Unsatisfyable build-depends, arts outdated, should be Dep-Wait
attal: Unsatisfyable build-depends, qt-mess, should be Dep-Wait

alogg: segfaulted in documentation generation, should be failed, #271647 filed

libbonobomm1.3: Build was succesful, but apparantly lost. Needs-Build
libselinux: Build was succesful, but apparantly lost. Needs-Build
renaissance: Build was succesful, but apparantly lost. Needs-Build
tetex-bin: no buildd-log yet, building since 12 days, apparantly lost.  Needs-Build
simulavr: Compile error, should be Failed, #271646 filed
bidentd: no buildd-log yet, building since 12 days, apparantly lost.  Needs-Build
owl: Very weird error, looks as if direcory disappeared suddenly.
  Probably chroot issues, Needs-Build

These were all packages that are currently blocked out of sarge solely
because of missing arm build, there are about 130 more packages in state
'Building' that might need attention.
