I'm happy to... should I still close the bug when the user wrote back and
said that he thinks the bug should remain open because he thinks xmltex's
installation shouldn't fail even if this option is set in tetex-bin?  (I
don't agree with him -- tetex's configuration says pretty explicitly that
setting this may cause installation of other TeX packages to fail.  But
I'm also not the maintainer, of course.)  Should I perhaps downgrade it
instead given the disagreement?
