Hi,

I'm torn on this point. On the one hand it seems wrong to set up new
addresses on the service when the infrastructure is supposed to be
temporary (even if it's for a few years). On the other hand, I see that
it's definitely still a strong candidate given the various downsides of
the other options.

So yes, creatng new lists for these types of circumstances is definitely
a possibility.
